Autumn auctions

I've just put up three new oil paintings of Lakeland for sale on ebay. All the images have been developed with the aid of my digital terrain modelling hocus-pocus. The method allows me to take existing topography and create or amplify certain elements in order to make a more dramatic picture. Keeping familiar profiles of well known locations but redesigning and reconsigning the land use or taking liberties with the lighting is a way of being newly creative with the source material of landscape. It also allows me to envisage a better world then share it in paint. All three are painted in oil on canvas-board and measure 12"x10".
